Wenrix is a women's casual shoe community app that includes a community feed, user profiles, direct messages, wallet-supported credits, AI Preview generation, and image saving. This Privacy Policy explains how Wenrix collects, uses, shares, stores, and retains information in connection with those features.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data associated with Wenrix by contacting support@wenrix.com. You may also manage certain settings directly in the app, including account removal and AI Preview consent preferences.

Account, Profile, and Community Information

Wenrix processes the account and profile information you choose to provide, including nickname, bio, avatar, posts, favorites, direct messages, and moderation actions such as reports or blocks. This information is used to operate the account experience, display shoe-community content, support direct interaction between users, and maintain service integrity.

UGC Reports and 24-Hour Safety Handling

Wenrix includes user-generated content such as posts, captions, profile media, and direct messages. When a user submits a report, block, or other safety complaint, Wenrix may process the report details, related account identifiers, the reported content, and associated moderation notes to investigate the issue and protect the service.

Reported UGC and related safety complaints are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Wenrix may use this information to remove content, limit content visibility, restrict messaging, suspend an account, prevent repeat abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Purchases and Credits

When you purchase credit packs in Wenrix, payment processing is handled through the platform purchase system. Wenrix may process purchase status, transaction-related identifiers, and credit balance information so that wallet and supported purchase-backed features can function. Wenrix does not store full payment card details.

AI Preview, Selected Photos, and Consent

When you choose AI Preview, Wenrix presents a consent prompt before any selected photo is sent for cloud processing. AI Preview will not run unless you agree. The selected photo may include visible facial features, body pose, clothing, background, and other information present in the image. Wenrix also processes the selected shoe reference image and the generated preview result.

This information is used only to generate the requested shoe preview, present the result inside the app, and let you save the result if you choose to do so. Wenrix does not collect or derive face geometry, face embeddings, or face templates, and it does not use this information for face recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling.

Third-Party AI and Cloud Processing

To complete AI Preview, Wenrix sends the selected user photo and selected shoe reference image to Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Model Studio), using the qwen-image-2.0-pro model at dashscope.aliyuncs.com to generate the requested preview result. Wenrix shares this information only to deliver the requested preview and related transport or service-security functions. Wenrix does not sell face data and does not share it with advertisers.

Local Device Storage and App State

Wenrix may store certain account state, profile changes, post information, favorites, message history, permission-related preferences, and AI Preview consent settings locally on your device so that the app can function as intended across sessions.

AI Preview Storage and Retention

Wenrix does not store the selected source photo on its own servers for this feature. Selected source images are sent only for the active preview request. Provider task data and returned image links may remain available for up to 24 hours as part of the provider processing flow. Generated preview results may be cached temporarily in local app storage only for active review and are deleted when you leave the preview screen unless you save the result to Photos.

Camera, Photo Library, and Saved Images

Wenrix requests camera access only when you choose to capture a photo for a post, profile image, chat image, or other user-initiated media action. Wenrix requests photo-library access only when you choose to import an image for a post, profile update, chat, or AI Preview. Wenrix requests add-to-library access only when you choose to save a generated preview or other image output back to Photos.

Microphone Access

Wenrix may include embedded web content or support-related features that request microphone access if voice or audio input is needed for the active session. If microphone access is requested, it is used only for the specific user-initiated function that requires audio input.

Analytics and Tracking Permission

If you allow tracking, Wenrix may process installation attribution, campaign measurement, and app-performance data to understand service performance and effectiveness. Tracking permission is optional and is not required to use Wenrix's core community or AI Preview features.

Third-Party Services

Wenrix uses third-party services where needed to operate core functionality, including Apple platform purchase services for in-app purchases and Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Model Studio), using qwen-image-2.0-pro, for AI Preview generation. Additional platform or infrastructure providers may support service delivery, networking, or embedded web content where applicable.

Children's Privacy

Wenrix is not directed to children under 13, and the service is not intended for users who are prohibited by applicable law from providing personal information without appropriate permission.

Changes to This Policy

Wenrix may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Updated versions will be posted through the applicable policy surface.
