These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Wenrix mobile application and related services.
Service means the Wenrix mobile application and related functionality.
Style Feed means the Wenrix community surface where users browse, open, favorite, and publish casual shoe looks.
AI Preview means the image-based feature that generates a preview result from a selected user photo and a selected shoe image.
Credits means consumable in-app digital items used for supported features inside Wenrix.
User Content means photos, captions, messages, profile content, reports, blocks, and other material submitted through the Service.
By accessing or using Wenrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Wenrix only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activities that occur through your account and for maintaining reasonably accurate account and profile information.
Wenrix provides tools for publishing shoe content, managing a profile, saving favorites, sending direct messages, purchasing credits, and generating AI Preview results. You may use the Service only for lawful personal use that is consistent with these Terms.
You remain responsible for the User Content you submit, including whether you have the right to upload or share it. By submitting User Content, you grant Wenrix the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, process, moderate, and remove that content for operation of the Service.
Wenrix is a UGC-based service. Community posts, profile media, captions, direct messages, and similar materials are supplied by users and are not treated as official Wenrix statements or endorsements solely because they appear in the Service.
You must not use Wenrix to upload or send unlawful, infringing, misleading, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise harmful material. You must not harass other users, evade moderation actions, scrape private information, or misuse the Service in a way that interferes with other users or with Wenrix's operation.
Wenrix provides in-app tools that let users report or block supported posts, profiles, and direct messages that may violate these Terms or applicable law.
Wenrix reviews reported UGC and related abuse complaints within 24 hours of receipt. Wenrix may limit content visibility, remove content, suspend access, or apply other enforcement measures when needed to address misuse, legal obligations, or safety concerns.
Wenrix may allow users to exchange text and image messages. You are responsible for the content you send and for ensuring that any image or other material you share through the Service may be lawfully used and transmitted.
AI Preview is generated from images selected by the user. Results may vary based on the selected input images, pose, lighting, background, source quality, and model output. AI Preview is provided for visual shoe styling purposes only and must not be used for identity verification, legal proof, medical use, or any safety-critical purpose.
Credits are consumable digital items licensed for use within Wenrix. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used for supported in-app functionality. Prices, pack sizes, and other purchase terms are shown in the applicable purchase flow.
Purchases are processed through the platform storefront. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's applicable purchase and refund processes and any rights required by law.
If Wenrix offers a promotional condition, expiration term, or usage restriction for a credit-related offer, that condition may be disclosed at the time of the applicable offer or purchase.
Wenrix may suspend or restrict access where necessary to investigate misuse, protect other users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Users may sign out through the app and may remove the account through the account settings flow when that option is available.
Wenrix and its non-user-generated content, interface design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Wenrix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Wenrix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wenrix disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wenrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.
Wenrix may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access routes when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, operational changes, or product development.
Wenrix may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
