Wenrix supports private message threads so users can continue conversations about posts, shoe styling, and related content inside the app.

How does AI Preview work?

AI Preview uses the selected user photo and the selected shoe image to generate a preview result. Before a selected user photo is processed, Wenrix presents a consent prompt that explains the relevant data use and links to the Privacy Policy.

Why does Wenrix request camera or photo-library access?

Wenrix requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose an action that requires media, such as creating a post, updating a profile photo, sending an image in chat, or preparing an AI Preview input image.

How do credits and purchases work?

Wenrix offers consumable credit packs through the platform purchase system. Credits are used for supported in-app actions, and the wallet screen displays the available balance and purchase options.

How do I report or block another user?

Open the relevant supported post or message thread and use the available report or block control. Blocking removes that profile from supported feed and conversation views in the app, and reports are sent to Wenrix for review.

How quickly are UGC reports handled?

Wenrix reviews reported UGC and related safety complaints within 24 hours. Depending on the findings, Wenrix may remove content, limit visibility, restrict messaging, suspend an account, or take other appropriate action.

How do I remove my account?

Open Settings in the app and choose the account removal option. The app will ask for confirmation before proceeding.

How do I contact support about a purchase, privacy, or account issue?

Email with a clear description of the issue. For purchase questions, include the purchase date and any relevant transaction details available to you. For privacy requests, identify the request clearly in your message.
